Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship worldwide!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Our standard shipping timeframe is between 5 to 20 business days, depending on your location and other factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or holiday volumes. If you pre-ordered our Clothes it can take 1-4 weeks.

Please note:

  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take the full 20 business days, especially for international or remote deliveries.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping and may offer expedited shipping options depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or import issues
  • Carrier disruptions or unforeseen circumstances

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at cruzieestuff@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refund policy

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will give you all the information you need to make a return.

You need to get your own shipping label, you will get instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as limited editions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
